| Proposed Analysis: | The proposed analysis would include an evaluation of potential racial disparities/differences in the relationship between cardiovascular risk factors and cognitive outcome. Specifically, the planned analysis would include an assessment of the relationship between cardiovascular risk factors and functional outcomes, and to what extent this relationship is mediated by brain functioning (DTI/White matter integrity). Further, we would like to asses to what extent this relationship is moderated by race in a moderated-mediation analysis. |
