Proposed Analysis:	We discovered and validated a set of CSF microRNA biomarkers for AD (Lusardi et al., 2017; Wiedrick et al., 2019). Our preliminary data supports that extracellular vesicle microRNA content is different between males and females with AD. We now plan to examine the potential effects of ApoE genotype on extracellular vesicles, and their microRNA content in cerebrospinal fluid in males and females with AD.
