| Proposed Analysis: | In this application, we would training the multimodal MRI images with the PET Tau and Amyloid images using generative adversarial networks, and tried to explore if the MRI-derived metrics could imitate the representations of these specific PET bio-makers of AD. Finally, based on the MRI-derived PET-like metrics, we tried to predict the consequence of MCI patients , specifically, we want to clarify whether the MRI-derived metrics could differentiate between stable MCI patients and those that have converted to AD during the followup. |
