| Proposed Analysis: | We are request the longitudinal ADNI imaging, genetics and phenotype data to build a deep-learning prediction model for AD progression. Existing works have been focusing on AD diagnosis, which can not provide a dynamic profile of AD progression from early to late stage. We have developed a novel deep learning progression prediction framework that is well-suited for this specific task. We believe the synergy of the wealthy ADNI data and the advanced deep learning techniques will provide accurate and insightful predictions for AD progression. |
