Proposed Analysis:	The data would be used for parameter fitting for a computational model for Alzheimer's disease in old age. These parameters include total brain volume, ApoE4 genotype, comorbidities and cognitive functioning. This model will shine light on why different levels of brain pathology can lead to different severities of AD.
