Proposed Analysis:	I have recently been focusing my research on investigating cerebrospinal fluid alterations in neurological disease. I have looked at the 11C-PiB PET signal in the lateral ventricles of patients with Alzheimer's disease, mild cognitive impairment, and healthy controls. From this analysis, I discovered lower lateral ventricle PET signal in patients, which could indicate altered cerebrospinal fluid dynamics. I would like to use the ADNI data to replicate these results and extend the analysis to include MRI measures and measures from cerebrospinal fluid to help with the interpretation of the results.
