| Proposed Analysis: | The ADNI dataset will be used to further investigate the relationship between AD and cerebral microangiopathy. Specifically, we are interested in finding whether the presence and higher number of microangiopathy-related cerebral microbleeds (CMBs) increases the risk of conversion from MCI to AD. Additional analyses, exploring the importance of location of CMBs in the progression of the disease, will be conducted as well. |
