| Proposed Analysis: | We aim to develop an unsupervised method for discovering image features and the genetic factors by which they are influenced. We will build a convolutional neural networks (CNN) model to predict an individual's genotype at a particular genome position from their raw brain image data provided by ADNI, and then use the fitted model as an association score to uncover genetic variants associated with unknown image features. |
