Proposed Analysis:	To determine whether there are individuals in the ADNI sample with a characteristic cysteine altering NOTCH3 mutation, and to review their respective MRI and cognitive phenotypes. Access to ADNI to answer this research question has expired during my maternity leave. We are currently writing up a manuscript about this project, for which I would like to use the MRI images from one individual in ADNI (RID 232)
