Proposed Analysis:	The aim is not to look for genes that are associated with Alzheimer's prognosis, but those that are associated with Alzheimer's progression. In particular, we are looking for an association between TREM2/CD33 (and associated genes) and change in NFL, cognition or structural MRI endpoints (anything that indicates disease progression).
