Proposed Analysis:	We would like to obtain AV1451 PET, amyloid PET, MRI, and genotyping results for BIN1 rs744373 SNP of the 49 healthy controls in ADNI (Franzmeier et al., Nature Communications, 2019), in order to validate our own results in this independent dataset.

Proposed Analysis:	Prof. dr. Rik Vandenberghe is the supervisor of dr. Jolien Schaeverbeke, so the same analysis applies, i.e.: assess whether the BIN1 rs744373 SNP is associated with AV1451 retention in healthy controls. This dataset would be used as a validation analysis of our own cohort.
