I am writing this letter to request for Alzheimer's patient Dataset for my Capstone Project. In this project I am building a "Memory Loss Prediction Model" by using Machine Learning Algorithm, through which we can predict the percentage of memory loss at a particular age. This Prediction model will help many patients, doctors, research centres. etc. To test this model I need sample datasets (minimum 1000 Patient records).
