| Proposed Analysis: | The goal of the proposed study is to understand the association between tau PET imaging and longitudinal imaging. This will be studied across the AD continuum and would include healthy control and the patient group (MCI, AD). In addition, the trajectory of temporal evolution of structural biomarkers relative to the tau biomarker would be tracked within the subtypes of AD. |
