| Proposed Analysis: | To whom it may concern, I am looking to gain access to the LONI ADNI database to access the manifest of biofluid samples, particularly the plasma samples, to facilitate an application to the RARC as part of the FNIH Plasma Abeta project that aims to test plasma samples on 6 different assays (immunoassays and LC-MS) and determine which ones have the best predictive value in terms of determining amyloid status. The ultimate goal is to determine which assay can be used as a screening tool for use in clinical trials to have fast and less costly determination of amyloid status, as well as potentially being used in clinical practice in the future |
