Proposed Analysis:	The data will be used to compare hippocampal volume and MTA (Medial Temporal lobe Atrophy) visual rating in (1) differential diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease (AD) and in (2) prediction of disease progression along the AD continuum. The subjects to be involved include normal control (NC), significant memory concern (SMC), mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and AD. The disease progression will be specified by conversions to a more severe disease status (e.g. from MCI to AD) or deterioration of cognitive domain function as assessed by neuropsychological tests.
