Proposed Analysis:	I would like to examine whether there is a positive relationship between alpha-synuclein and pro-inflammatory markers in MCI and AD patients. In addition, Alpha-synuclein through pro-inflammatory markers such as TNF-a predicts cognitive decline in MCI and AD participants. These associations will be analyzed longitudinally in the presence and absence of Amyloid-beta and Tau protein.
