Proposed Analysis: Stroke is a disease that has serious effects on societies and economies. It is a heavy burden on health systems of the countries. Brain white and gray matter status, which have different characteristics, should be evaluated in the diagnosis and treatment of stroke. The recovery of motor functions of patients after stroke is very important, but it is difficult to predict it. For this reason, an accurate, effective and accessible method is necessary to evaluate patients’ motor recovery. In our study, it is aimed to determine the motor function recovery level of the patients by using deep learning techniques applying to the diffusion tensor images (DTI: Diffusion Tensor Imaging) of the patients and healthy volunteers. For this reason, we want to use your data to generate a pretrained model in our study.

Proposed Analysis: We want to generate synthetic MRI and DTI images on the ADNI dataset using a GAN model and then classify these images with a DL model.
