Institution: The Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University
Department: Radiology
Country:
Proposed Analysis: To investigate whether a combination of radiomics and automatic machine learning in MRI Images could predict Alzheimer's disease from Mild Mognitive Impairmrnt and Significant Memory Concern.Radiomics could extract a huge number of high-throughput quantitative features from original MR images and offer more information that is far beyond the scope of visual analysis.Proper feature dimensionality reduction and machine approaches could help get the optimal features and achieve an efficient classification model. They are very valuable to help the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of brain diseases.

Proposed Analysis: To investigate whether a combination of radiomics and automatic machine learning in MR Images could predict Alzheimer’s disease from Mild Cognitive Impairment and Significant Memory Concern Conventional MRI techniques cannot reveal subtle changes in the brain structure. Radiomics could extract a large number of high-throughput quantitative features from original MR images and offer additional information that is far beyond the scope of visual analysis. Proper feature dimensionality reduction and machine learning approaches could help get the optimal features and achieve an efficient classification model. They are very valuable to help the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of brain diseases.
