| Proposed Analysis: | My PHD advisor, Padhriac Smyth, and I plan on using ADNI to develop novel deep dynamic analysis of survival data. For this data this means using the clinical data history up to a given time to predict the probability of full onset of Alzheimer's Disease. We intend to extend the results of Bellot 2018 (link: http://www.vanderschaar-lab.com/papers/FINAL_A_Hierarchical_Bayesian_Model_for_Personalized_Survival_Predictions.pdf) by including RNN's which encode the clinical history of an individual, and make the approach dynamic since at any time we can form an updated encoding of clinical history up to time t. |
