Proposed Analysis: | We will use the genome-wide association studies (GWAS) data, the whole genome sequence (WGS) data, CNV markers and other biomarkers to identify common and rare variants influencing Alzheimer’s disease (AD), mild cognitive impairment (MCI), cognitive assessment and other phenotypes. Specific aims of this project: (1) To perform population-based GWAS, CNV, and WGS analyses of risk and age at onset of AD and MCI, biomarkers, behavioral and clinical phenotypes. (2) To identify common and rare variants for the risk, age at onset and other phenotypes. (3) To detect disparities and conduct gene-based, pathway-based and network-based analyses. (4) To develop advanced statistical methods such as survival models, mixed models, and longitudinal data analyses. |
