Proposed Analysis:	The aim of this request to transfer the MTA from the ADNI WGS that has been requested by Michel Simmoneau for the AgeBrainSysBio EU project. The WGS are present in Switzerland and additional studies on this genome will be performed. These studies aim at comparing and compressing the WGS data for fast analytics and to provide an ability to lift over genomes and region of the genomes that are in CNV.
