| Proposed Analysis: | First Study: A methodological paper to evaluate the performance of different machine learning methods for polygenic risk score construction. : Will require indivdual level genotype data for AD. Second Study: A method paper that investigates the effect of different feature encoding schemes for feature selection and risk prediction in complex diseases still using variable of ML techniques.(: Will require indivdual level genotype data for AD.) Third Study: To Develop and agnostic learning frame to predict onset and progression of disability complex diseases (: Will require indivdual level genotype data for AD and Clinical Data for AD). Now: I have data on Multiple Sclerosis (Australian Newzealand cohort). I am currently contacting other organisations to get additional data as well. I will be grateful if you could grant my application due considerations. |
