Proposed Analysis: | Age and Apo lipoprotein E (ApoE) genotype are established predictors for beta-amyloid load if measured across subjects, but the contribution to longitudinal amyloid accumulation when high beta-amyloid levels are already reached have been debated. We analyzed the contribution of these factors to amyloid accumulation over time in our longitudinal amyloid PET cohort study. Based on our dataset we postulate a model of this ApoE effect on amyloid accumulation that we would like to test in an independent data sample, where more amyloid-deposition is longitudinally assessed over at least three time points. The participants should have performed 3 or more Amyloid PET scans. For this analysis, we would need ApoE status, Amyloid and 3D T1 anatomical scans, age, gender and cognitive status information from ADNI/AIBL participants that were considered healthy controls or mildly cognitive impaired subjects at baseline. |
