| Proposed Analysis: | Use hierarchical probabilistic graphical model (deep generative model) to perform density estimation on the ADNI data and then generate samples for further analysis. Our model is capable of: 1. Handle irregularly sampled, high-dimensional longitudinal data with complex correlation. 2. Generate brain image with normal or Alzheimer’s Disease for a specific subject at a specific time point. This will allow for counterfactual analysis. 3. Estimate the correlation between and across subjects at different time points. |
