| Proposed Analysis: | I am preparing PhD thesis. I am tring to find biomarkers to diagnose AD. My plan of analysis: - Calculating volumes of GM, WM and CSF and conduct analysis of this data - Calculating surface of the brain/part of brain and comparing between groups (HC, MCI, AD). -Combining variables in one analysis: volume of brain, brain contour, ventricles size. -Creating model with independent variables like: age, education, volume of brain/brain contour/ventricles size. -Using deep learning to find characteristics part of brain for MCI/AD. |
