Proposed Analysis: | In our project, we develop an AI system which detect MCI at early stage from MRI/PET images and other test results to prevent Alzheimerʼs disease. The project will be achieved by both of medical and engineering professors. Medical data will be collected for AI analysis from some hospitals in Hiroshima, Japan. However, the data size is not enough to analysis AI. If ADNI data is provided to us, the classification accuracy of our AI will be improved with large data. In AI filed, we have been developed an original deep learning model, called Adaptive DBN (For more details, please follow the link below). Our model showed higher classification performance than other AI models, and it was applied to chest x-ray image dataset (CXR8) for finding a cancer or other diseases. We believe our model is also effective for ADNI data. Adaptive DBN: https://doi.org/10.1007/s00521-018-3622-y |
