| Proposed Analysis: | We propose to identify people at risk of dementia due to AD early. In this work we use machine learning to predict at an individual level, which Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) participants will develop measurable cognitive impairment and progress clinically to MCI. Using data from subjects over period of time, we hypothesis that we will be able to differentiate which individual subjects with SCD will show cognitive decline determine rate of decline and will progress to MCI within 3 years and which MCI subjects will develop AD. |
