Medical image fusion methods endeavour to increase the quality of medical images by attaining the salient features. Hence, raise the clinical applicability of medical images for appraisal and diagnosis medical problems. This purpose is achieved by taking the complementary information presented in two or more imaging modalities that rarely existed by a single modality.
