Proposed Analysis:	Our Institute is aim to build a cross-population, multi-model medical imaging database. ADNI provides unique chance to reveal the brain structural and functional organization in the field of Alzheimer's disease, with a fairly large sample size. We aim to build up a standard and flexible preprocessing pipeline to handle this dataset as well as extract features and use various datamining methods to investigate the difference between AD patient and other type of brain diseases.
