| Proposed Analysis: | Tiaki has developed a SNP signature to assess genetic risk for development of neuroinflammatory AD. We are now investigating blood and CSF biomarkers that can inform neuroinflammatory status in addition to AD disease progression. Specifically, we are looking for biomarkers whose utility is enhanced when patients are selected using our SNP signature. These studies could create a novel panel of genetically-enabled biomarkers for a neuroinflammatory subpopulation of AD patients. |
