| Proposed Analysis: | Diffusion Kurtosis Imaging (DKI) has the potential to provide sensitivity biomarkers of tissue integrity, but has shown to be vulnerable to signal outliers. Therefore, the kurtosis maps typically shows "black voxels" in major white matter structures such as the Corpus Callosum. I recently developed a more robust DKI estimation approach and would like to evaluate the stability on the approach on the ADNI data set. |
