Proposed Analysis:	We would like to evaluate the use of deep learning patient representations on longitudinal data to predict cognitive and other outcomes longitudinally using data from ADNI. Methods similar to Deep Patient, Patient2Vec, as well as potentially our own in-house methods would be used to predict outcomes such as ADAS Cog, MMSE, and others.
