| Proposed Analysis: | I would like to access the ADNI data and apply it to one of my dissertation topics. This topic will be focused on scalar-on-image regression model where cortical thickness measurements are used in prediction for scalar cognitive scores. We would like to accommodate cortical thickness measurements from repeated time points and also investigate which regions are significantly related to the cognitive scores. For the purposes above, the ADNI longitudinal data suits our research goal perfectly. Please consider our proposal and grant us access to the data. Thank you very much! |
