| Proposed Analysis: | Using the data available I would like to build a predictive model to forecast the development of Alzheimer disease. Initially, I plan to include cognitive scores measured in time. I would also like to experiment with including other measurements, such as demographics, medication, etc. Different machine learning methods are going to be tested as well as different types of preprocessing (possible imputation). |
