Proposed Analysis:	Our study will focus on the neural substrates of AD-related neurodegeneration using multi-modal analysis, including clinical assessments, cognitive performances and neuroimaging data.Conventional statistic models and machine learning approaches will be applied to help better predict the risk for AD. In addition, we plan to develop effective interventions (e.g. cognitive training and non-invasive brain stimulation) to improve imparied cognitive functions in aging.
