| Proposed Analysis: | We hope to evaluate DL methods on using ADNI neuroimaging data. We hope to study the influence of the key elements in DL methods, such as image preprocessing, batch size, architecture selection in model's performance. As more and more papers leverage deep learning (DL) methods for computer aided diagnosis and prognosis, it is essential that good practice should be performed. We hope to forward those aspects. Other aspects will also be studied, such as cognitive data and genetic data |
