| Proposed Analysis: | Analyze medial temporal lobe Tau PET signal in cognitively unimpaired older adults. I plan to use changes in neuropsychological testing data over time to define a sub-group of normals may be more at risk for cognitive decline. Then I will observe the group level difference between the cognitively unimpaired group that have stable testing scores over time and the group that has declining test scores. |
