| Proposed Analysis: | We apply for the data access to complete our term project in the course ECE6780. The goal is to predict Alzheimer’s Disease with brain MR images. Comparing to the prediction of status, the prediction of AD progression is much more challenging because we need to identify or capture biomarkers (either imaging or genomics) that are related to the AD development. These biomarkers are not well established compared to the diagnosis biomarkers. |
