Proposed Analysis: Radiomics signature from white matter based on conventional magnetic resonance imaging is a method for early predicting AD.All T1Flair images were automatically segmented into gray matter, white matter and cerebrospinal fluid volumes using the spm12 software package. Then, the white matter volumes were imported into the MK software(GE company) for extracting radiomics features.
