Proposed Analysis:	I will use these data to support the development of novel statistical methods for longitudinal modelling of disease progression. Specifically, this will involve (variational) Bayesian inversion of latent state space modelling. Any new developments will be made freely available to the community through the Statistical Parameteric Mapping (SPM) open source software toolbox.
