| Proposed Analysis: | I intend to do my master's thesis on the prediction of Alzheimer's disease progression. Having done some research on the subject, the ADNI data set seems to be a great resource both to do the study on, and also to compare the results with other studies done on the same data (TADPOLE Grand Challenge, for example). The idea is to study the images, biomarkers and other clinical variables for separate and together and evaluate their prediction power. |
