Proposed Analysis: | In preparation for my dissertation study, I would like to use ADNI data to identify cognitive tests that are most predictive of the magnitude of structural brain changes in MCI and AD. Specifically, I would like to relate the results of Mini-Mental State Examination, Logical Memory I and II, Digit Span, Category Fluency, Trails A & B, Digit Symbol, Boston Naming Test, Auditory Verbal Learning Test, Geriatric Depression Scale, Clock drawing, Neuropsychiatric Inventory Q, ADAS-Cog, Clinical Dementia Rating Scale, Activities of Daily Living to the results of the analysis published in the following paper: Ledig C, Schuh A, Guerrero R, Heckemann RA, Rueckert D. Structural brain imaging in Alzheimer’s disease and mild cognitive impairment: biomarker analysis and shared morphometry database. Scientific reports. 2018 Jul 26;8(1):1-6. |
