Proposed Analysis:	Plan to compare volumes of specific regions of interest (in ventral visual stream - ie, Entorhinal cortex, parahippocampal gyrus, lateral occipital cortex, fusiform gyrus and lingual gyrus; hippocampus; vm and dl PFC) in those with and without delusions in AD in the ADNI cohort. Will use a VBM analysis, in CAT12 for SPM12.

Proposed Analysis:	Machine learning analysis of structural MRI and NPI data for ADNI participants who devlop AD. 12 month time point is proposed for scans and NPI, due to more pathology on NPI at this point. Exploring how symptom clusters on NPI may relate to neurodegeneration.
