| Proposed Analysis: | Good morning, I'm an algerian student at "National Polytechnic School" and I'm having my internship at Gipsa-lab in France. I'm currently searching for a more specific searching topic (using time-series data) for fault diagnosis or disease identification. I read many papers and none of them attracted my attention. One paper interested me a lot was "Supervised Network-Based Fuzzy Learning of EEG Signals for Alzheimer’s Disease Identification". I want to use LSTM (long-short term memory) directly on the data, or some auto-encoder for feature extraction, or directly transform the raw signal data to image (matrix) just by stacking windows of the data or by performing transformation like FFT (to form a spectrogram) and feeding these information to a CNN for feature extraction and classification in order to trying improve the accuracy of identifying Alzheimer Disease.
