| Proposed Analysis: | I am leading a (government-funded) research project which focuses on the early detection of Mild Cognitive Impairment (and Alzheimer's Disease) based on digital biomarkers which are obtained through speech recordings, eye-tracking, emotional responses, and neurocognitive tests. We use modern machine learning algorithms to build predictive models. At this stage of the project, we are investigating several papers that present results which use ADNI data. To fully understand the strength and weaknesses of these models, we would like to reproduce (and, perhaps, even improve) their results. |
