Proposed Analysis:	We are developing algorithms for automatically segmenting the substructures of the brainstem: Pons, midbrain, medulla oblongata and the superior cerebellar peduncles. Our aim is for the algorithm to be useful in diagnosing progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) and multiple system atrophy (MSA), from brain MRIs.
