| Proposed Analysis: | My focus was on the mild cognitive impairment(MCI) in Parkinson's disease(PD). We have constructed the dataset consisted of MRI imaging and clinical ranking scales(UPDRS,MoCA,CDR,IADL,etc) of PD patients simultaneously with MCI or without MCI. I think some comparison in MRI imaging and clinical ranking scales from patients only with MCI, which was accessable from ADNI dataset. It is of potential value to investigate different imaging biomarkers and clinical characteristics amongthe MCI patients, PD-MCI patients, and PD-non-MCI patients. |
