| Proposed Analysis: | The analysis is about the association of brain DNA methylation changes and AD associated neuropathology. We are going to develop an epigenetic model of brain aging, and estimate the rate of age accelaration in brain samples. Next we will examine the association of rate of aging with AD associated pathology. |

My lab is experienced in developing epigentic clocks as biomarkers of aging associated diseases.
