Proposed Analysis: | Good morning, I am working on a project at CREATIS Lab and I have to train a Deep Learning model to do classification based on brain images. One of the problems that I have is that I don't have enough data to have better results than a random classifier (I have around 30 images to classify 3 classes). One idea that I had is to use another dataset to pre-train my model and then train it using my images(in nii format). I read the paper "DeepAD: Alzheimer’s Disease Classification via Deep Convolutional Neural Networks using MRI and fMRI" by Sarraf et al. where they use one of your datasets to do Classification on Alzheimer's Disease. I wonder if I can access to this dataset in order to continue developing my model? Thank you for any help you can offer Yamil Vindas-Yassine |
