| Proposed Analysis: | Denali Therapeutics is developing novel therapeutics against Alzheimer's disease (AD). I would like to access ADNI data to identify associations between circulating biomarkers, e.g. proteins and metabolites in the CSF and plasma, and genetic variants associated with AD. Specifically, I would like to understand the effects of genetic variants in TREM2 and Progranulin on translatable biomarkers to inform drug development. |
